The main shopping area is also nearby, perfect for those who love to shop. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a great bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and offers a beautiful view over the city.

The wifi network in the hotel is not reliable everywhere, which can be inconvenient for guests who need a stable internet connection.

Great Location! Excellent Service! I loved that it was close to Main St and the Trolley, short walk, we could get to the Old City in a few stops and to the ferry. Super easy access to the old city with the tram and walking distance to the metro.

Two aspects were a bit tough:. 1) The street access is restricted to cars due to the embassy being across the street from the hotel.

Courteous and helpful staff, spacious rooms with modern art, convenient location, safe area with interesting shops, accommodating for late night flights.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the spacious and clean rooms at this hotel. The bed linens were top quality and provided a comfortable night's sleep. the bathroom was well-equipped with spa amenities and daily fresh supplies. The hotel's location was also a key advantage, being situated in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, made for a relaxing stay. it was conveniently located within walking distance of popular shopping areas and top restaurants in the city.

One aspect that could have been improved was the issue with the blinds in the bedroom not working properly, which resulted in excessive daylight entering the room very early in the morning. there was a small problem with the shower leaking.

The location of the hotel is superb, with easy access to Istiklal street, restaurants, and metro/tram connections. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent value for money.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel, where luxurious needs were fulfilled. Exclusive amenities, including the spa and wellness centre, jacuzzi and Turkish bath, made my stay very relaxing. the restaurant served a delicious continental breakfast and bar lounge area was perfect for a drink in the evening. Room advantages were exceptional, with an in-room breakfast and private facilities. From the exceptional service to the perfect location, there is nothing to disappoint here.

The only minor drawback was the location, which required a bit of walking to reach some areas. the leisure/TV room made up for it with live entertainment and massage services.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming boutique hotel in a trendy neighborhood. The suite I stayed in was beautifully furnished, spacious, and had a luxurious bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The staff was really good, making me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. The top floor dining room offered amazing views and an lovely dining experience. Despite a few minor inconveniences like limited closet space and the lack of a designated smoking area, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a wonderful stay in the city.

The staff is exceptional, going the extra mile to keep guests happy. The breakfast is one of the best with a huge variety. Clean, spacious room with amazing facilities and jacuzzi. Quiet neighborhood close to places of interest. We will come again soon!

The location is central and convenient, and the included Turkish breakfast is delicious. The value for money is unbeatable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with a luxurious spa bathroom. The staff provides excellent customer service, going above and beyond to accommodate guests. The breakfast, served on the terrace with a stunning city view, offers a variety of delicious options.

The hotel is situated on a steep hill, which may be difficult for some guests to climb.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with the exclusive amenities and personalized service. the spacious rooms were immaculately clean and the bedding was top quality, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. the Jacuzzi and fresh Milton Brown supplies in the luxurious bathroom added to the relaxing experience. the staff were friendly and professional, always attending to our needs effortlessly. the included breakfast was fresh and efficient, served in the restaurant with a panoramic view.

The only minor issue we faced was the steep hillside location, which may require a certain level of fitness for sightseeing in the vicinity. the location advantages made up for it, with a peaceful neighborhood, access to transport, walking destinations and proximity to the best restaurants in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully styled and had a great layout. The beds were cozy and comfortable. The staff was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The breakfast and view from the restaurant on the terrace were fantastic. The location was ideal, very close to the tram and within walking distance to all the major sights. We also loved that it was away from overcrowded neighborhoods.
